"I did get a <b style="color: black; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">letter</b>," <b style="color: black; background-color: rgb(160, 255, 255);">he</b> said Thursday. "I don't want to make any comments about it." </p> <p>However, the Star Tribune obtained a copy of the <b style="color: black; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">letter</b> and the envelope in which it was sent.
